Compared to the existing fin stabilizers on the market, there is scarcely any maintenance and repair cost for Stabilis Electra.
Fins are controlled via a touch LCS panel placed on the deckhouse. The captain is able to make the necessary adjustments according to the demands of those on board in manual mode, as the system detects the numerical values of the factors such as wave and speed in adaptive mode and adjusts the fin movements electronically.
The electronic control system, one of the most important features of Stabilis Electra, ensures that the fins are brought to the safe zone, which is the “0” position.
